There’s a saying,
“Man’s reach exceeds his grasp,
Man’s grasp exceeds his nerve.”
Society only tolerate one change at a time,
Human body even less.
Through the course of millennia, humanity has seen radical changes.
From being hunter-gatherers to farmers,
from being farmers to being industrialists,
from being industrialists to working on computers.
The world around us, the jobs we do, all have changed dramatically, but our hunter-gatherers bodies… they are not ideally evolved to work on harvest fields or factories or computers.
Evolution built our bodies to endure, to run for miles every day, to hunt, to dance, to consume wide varieties of food and all this made us the greatest predator the planet has ever seen.
Our bodies are strong enough allowing our ancestors to become the master of all continents. Be it the blazing heat of African desert or Raining storms of the Amazon or Icy graveyard of the Arctic, we’ve endured it all, we survived it all, we learn to adapt and learn to live.
But still, some aspects of our Modern lifestyle go completely incompatible with our bodies, unhealthy food habits are one of them.
We live among machines which evolution never made us deal with. This incompatibility is a problem. We can’t deny the benefits of living among machines and we should not. But there got to be a way out.
In fact, there is an easy way out. Something so straight forward that most thinks it can’t be that easy or it can’t be that effective for no one seems to be following it.
Which is why you are here, which is why you end up here reading this.
Just like how machines make our lives easier and need constant maintenance to have a long life, our bodies demand the same, as it is no less than a bio-mechanics evolved by nature. The food consumption of our body is calculable and can be broken down to verifiable data just like in the machines.
And that’s where we come in with a way out.
The way out is through it, the way out is to find balance. Here we find those ways to balance our archaic bodies so that it can endure well to live long enough forever.
Stay tuned. See you around…
In the meantime, we are developing a Free Health Toolkit, give it a look. We will be coming up with more new blogs, products and a brand new YouTube channel soon.

I love this: “Evolution built our bodies to endure, to run for miles every day, to hunt, to dance, to consume wide varieties of food and all this made us the greatest predator the planet has ever seen.” Humans are amazing creatures! Modern day living DOES go against the fiber of our nature. Thus, this trend toward more living off the grid – the way nature intended!

More people ought to check this out and understand this side of the story. I cant believe you arent more popular because you surely possess the gift.
